1- Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is located in South Holland (The Netherlands). We ship worldwide!
2- Any shipping discounts?
-FREE SHIPPING: within Netherlands, Belgium and Germany when you make a min purchase of €125.
-FREE SHIPPING: within the EU when you make a min purchase of €150.
-FREE SHIPPING: everywhere else when you make a min purchase of €300.
3- What shipping method are you using? Why is the shipping cost higher than usual?
[Temporary COVID-19 Shipping Update]
Due to COVID-19, local post offices all over the world have been unreliable (some packages have gotten lost, some packages arrived 2-3 months later).
To ensure the safe and quick arrival of your items, we are temporarily using UPS.com to ship your orders until further notice. It takes us up to 5 biz days to prepare and complete your order. Your package should then arrive within 5 business days of us shipping your items.
Shipping rates are calculated by UPS, and you can get estimated rates prior to checking out of our webstore. We are using a flat rate shipping method, which means the price to ship is the same if you buy 1 item, or multiple items.
This current shipping method is a temporary solution until regular postal services improve. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
