Design Process

I'd like to share with you the process as to how I go about making my designs. All Akumu Ink artwork is created completely from scratch allowing you to be sure you'll be wearing something completely unique from anyone else. The images below were created with 3D software. This allows me to bend and twist the characters as necessary to deliver poses that are aesthetically pleasing and follow the body's shape. Then I bring them into 2D software to tweak the illustrations so they are ready for print. I hope you enjoy these designs as much as we do.
