Hot Air Balloons Fail

Two weekends back we drove 2 hours out to Gatineau to check out the hot air balloon festival. We arrived at 5am to see the balloons lift off at sunrise, unfortunately 1 hour after standing in the cold darkness and after each paying $21 (no refunds) the man on the megaphone claimed the wind was not ideal for flight and that the balloons would not be going up that day... wtf, seriously? So what happened is that for the next 30min approx 10 balloons filled up and within an hour they started deflating and packing them back up. I was so disappointed, totally not going back next year.
