We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, GooglePay, ApplePay.

We also accept most European forms of payment: iDeal (Netherlands), Maestro, Klarna, BanContact (Belgium).

And we also accept cryptocurrencies: BitCoin.

The prices of all our products include VAT when viewed on this website. When you reach checkout, Shopify separates the VAT from the base price.

If you're having problems buying on our website using your US credit card, we recommend choosing PayPal as your method of payment upon checkout. No PayPal account is necessary. Just follow these simple steps.

We aim to release new designs at the beginning of every month. But since 2022, we're more focused on creating merch and releasing new t-shirt designs when we are inspired. Add us on instagram and facebook to get updated on our latest releases immediately when they are available. 

We currently stock 35+ shops around the world. If you are interested in carrying our merchandise in your store or boutique, please contact us here for access to our wholesale website. (We do not work with ebay or amazon stores)

Since the 2020 pandemic, we have retired from setting up at conventions. Going to conventions is very hard work, and takes us away from being creative. Our merch is now only available through our website and official resellers.

All of our designs are printed in limited quantities. Once a design goes into our Design Graveyard page it will never be stocked again.

We've been noticing a lot of counterfeit merch being sold online by manufacturers in China and India. They're selling them on websites like Amazon, Facebook, and even their own websites. We want to help you make sure you're buying from the real Akumu Ink® brand and not a scammer.

Here are some things to look out for:

  • If you don't see the Akumu Ink® brand name or logo, it's fake.
  • If the shirt is being shipped from China or India, it's 100% fake. All our products are labeled "Created in Holland" or "Printed in the USA".
  • If you see our design on a product that's not offered on our website, it's fake.
  • If a new product is on sale, that isn't on sale on our website, it's probably fake.
  • If the quality of the material and print looks really bad and pixelated/blurry, it's fake.

If you're not sure if an online seller is fake, just message us and we'll let you know. We're working hard to stop these scammers and shut them down.

ALL Black Friday sales items, Mystery Packs and custom printed items are FINAL.

Please Contact us about an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order:

A- If the item is NOT what you ordered.

B- If the item is defective.

We do not refund, accept returns and/or exchange if the order was correctly fulfilled as all our apparel is printed to order.

Only under certain conditions when an exchange/refund may be possible, there will be a 25% restocking fee added to facilitate the customer's request.

DO NOT SEND any items back before contacting us.

-For those who buy through Klarna: We offer a 14-day return period. If you order the wrong size and would like to exchange or return, you would be required to cover the cost of shipping.

  • If you're in the Netherlands, we use PostNL, and your order should arrive in 1-2 days.

  • For orders in Europe, we use Regular Post, and it takes about 5-10 working days to arrive.

  • or orders going to the USA, Canada, or Australia, the cost for Regular Mail depends on the package's weight, ranging from €13 to €60. It usually takes about 3 weeks to arrive.

    If you choose Fedex, your package will get to you within 3-7 working days.


    *A heads-up: Since we ship from Europe, there might be customs charges in your home country (like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia) when your package arrives. Refusing the package won't cancel any customs charges issued by your local post office after importing your package. And just so you know, we don't give refunds for refused packages.

Please keep in mind that if you are purchasing from outside the EU (European Union), you will most likely be charged duties/customs fees by your home country when your package arrives to you.

Please note that refusal of your shipment will not cancel any Duty and Tax invoice that has been issued through FedEx/UPS following the importation of your package. Akumu Ink® does not issue refunds on refused packages.
