After Darkness

I took a ton of Akumu Ink relevant photos on our trip to Hawaii last week. Here's one after driving up the Haleakalā volcano, otherwise known as the "house of the sun." This quote describes perfectly how I was feeling up until we took the week off. I was uninspired and exhausted, but seeing the world from a new perspective really got me excited about art again. Since coming back I've finalized 4 designs for our Summer Collection which are beyond anything we've done in the past. "After Darkness there will be light."
