Uncle Fester Sketch

A few months back I drew Uncle Fester (at the bottom of this post). After being unhappy with my overall skills I decided to go on youtube and actual re-teach myself how to draw a face. I found tons of great videos and absorbed so much info to help me improve. Now using simple proportions I'm able to draw faces 100x better. The next thing I need to work on is my shading, I've never been a fan of shading, I've mostly been a black and white harsh shadow kind of artist, but I'm open to pushing myself. Below you will see my latest Uncle Fester sketch which is miles away from the one I did a few months ago. Overall this sketch took me 2-2.5 hours from beginning to end. Under the image you will see the process with my proportion lines.
